1. Hobby Project — No Warranties
Alchemistry is a personal, non-commercial hobby project developed by DNATech. It is provided strictly "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, data safety, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.

2. Do Not Upload Sensitive Documents
You agree not to upload documents containing sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN, financial records, medical reports, passwords, legal contracts, or any information classified as "sensitive personal data" under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Alchemistry is not designed or certified to handle such data.

3. File Deletion
Uploaded files are processed in-memory or on our server and are intended to be deleted immediately after conversion. We do not intentionally store, archive, or share your files. However, due to the nature of free-tier cloud infrastructure, we cannot guarantee instant deletion in all edge cases.

4. No Liability for Data Loss or Leaks
If a file is lost, corrupted, intercepted, or leaked due to any reason — including server compromise, network interception, third-party infrastructure failure, or any unforeseen event — DNATech and Alchemistry bear zero legal or financial liability. By using this service you acknowledge and accept this risk entirely.

5. Acceptable Use
You must not use Alchemistry to process, distribute, or convert any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

1. What We Collect
Alchemistry does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any account information. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No personal profile is created or stored.

2. Your Files
Files you upload are sent to our conversion server solely to perform the requested operation. We do not intentionally read, log, store, or share the contents of your documents. Files are meant to be discarded immediately after conversion.

3. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your files or any usage data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties.

4. Infrastructure & Risk Disclosure
Our backend runs on free-tier cloud infrastructure (Render.com). While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee end-to-end security. In the unlikely event of a server breach, backend theft, or network-level interception, file contents could potentially be exposed. We are not liable for such events, and we actively work to improve our security on an ongoing basis.

5. No Cookies or Tracking
This site does not set cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tool.

6. DPDP Act Alignment
In alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), we advise you not to upload documents containing sensitive personal data. As a hobby project, Alchemistry is not registered as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.
